Allenwood Enterprise Park has Modern High Spec Industrial Units ranging in size from 500 sq Feet to 1600 sq Feet. The Enterprise Park is well maintained and fully serviced inclusive of 1000 MB \s Fiber Broadband.
Units are rented by Licence on a monthly basis. Longer Leases can be negotiated on request. A deposit of one month’s rent is required as a deposit. Rental Rates are €7.50 per square foot, Heating, Rates, Phone, 1000 MB \s Fiber Broadband and Electricity are extra and are paid directly to the service provider. Special Low Rates are available for Start-Up and Incubation Companies.

Industrial Units
C Block Units in the C Block Range in Size from 500 to 1000sqft, some include office space.
D Block The Units in Block D range in size from 1130 to 1660 sq ft, with offices in front. The offices on the upper floor can be rented separately from the Industrial Units.
G Block The Units range in size from 720 to 750sq ft.
Office Suites
Office Suites and the Conference Room are housed in the Main Building. Office Suites are available in a range of sizes from 250 – 950 sq ft. In some cases adjacent office suites can be combined to make larger units.
Enterprise Centre Room Rental from €95 + Vat per Month
The Conference Rooms are located on the ground floor, can be rented on a daily or hourly basis and includes computer projection equipment, tables and chairs.

There is also a fully equipped Computer Training Room, which can be rented on a daily or hourly basis. This room is on the first floor. There is a lift to provide access for the disabled.
We can arrange catering to provide light meals, snacks and refreshments at competitive rates.
Childcare
ACDAL own the nearby Bright Sparks Childcare Centre and we offer special rates to users of the Enterprise Park and Centre, who wish to have their children accommodated there. Rates available for daily or longer term use.

The Park is located at a central point within 12 miles of Kildare’s major towns Naas, Newbridge, Kildare, Rathangan and Edenderry in County Offaly and in the same close proximity to Celbridge, Leixlip, and Lucan. The centre therefore serves a population of 71,691 in a 12-mile radius of Northwest Kildare and Offaly.
