We are delighted to be back open for business after what has been a very long lockdown. It is exciting to see many aspects of society opening back up again. We are hopeful that this is the beginning of the end in terms of the pandemic, but are mindful that we as a collective need to play our part in observing the necessary safety measures to ensure we continue on the path of recovery and normalcy. With the recent re-openings, and more to come and good weather, it has really put a spring in our step!
We are excited to announce after many delays that the refurbishment to the rear of the ACDAL main premises is scheduled to start the first week in June. This will have a positive knock-on effect on the other internal upgrades due to take place.
To capture and share with you the many improvements and modernising due to be carried on our main premises both externally and internally, we have created an Instagram account, which will soon go live. We, therefore cordially invite you to follow us and keep up to date with what is happening.
The Mental Health Fund – No Cost Counselling Service will soon be available to avail of within the Allenwood community and wider area. The funding received is limited, however we are optimistic that we can offer a number of persons support through this grant. Further information will soon be available on our Social.
ACDAL is an established centre for CPC training. This training will run again from June.
Further information on which modules are being delivered is available from reception on 045-870 804. Heath & Safety training will also be soon available, which we will notify you of in due course.
